The Services provided by Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting are intended for residents of Australia. In the event of any dispute related to the Website, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving such disputes shall be the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Access And Conduct Guidelines For Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting Programs
Access to the Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting programs is contingent on acceptable behaviour and conduct within the group. Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting reserves the right to change what access is included in this package at any time. Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting reserves the right to remove anyone from the Private Career Mastery Program if the behaviour is deemed promotional, inconsistent, negative, or detrimental to the progress of the student group in any way.
No refunds will be given to individuals who have been removed from the Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting program or private Facebook channel.
Third-Party Services And Resolution Terms
The company is not responsible for third-party website or service issues, including WooCommerce payment services.
The resolution is subject to your agreement with the respective provider. The company reserves the right to determine its responsibility for malfunctions, limit site or content use, or terminate accounts for rule violations.
Access may be refused at Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting’s discretion. Refunds are at Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting’s discretion within 28 days as outlined in the Refund Policy Section.
After twenty-eight (28) days, no refunds are granted, as outlined in the customer licence agreement, regardless of the disruption’s reason.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Notice Period: Clients are required to notify us of cancellations or the need to reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: If a client cancels an appointment without adequate notice, we may charge a cancellation fee or withhold a percentage of the prepaid amount to cover lost time and resources.
Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments instead of cancelling them, subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to transfer to a group training workshop at another time instead of cancelling altogether.
Refunds for Services
Prepaid Services: For services paid for in advance, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Factors influencing refund decisions include the nature of the service, the amount of notice given, and the extent of work already completed.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as completed consultations or personalised materials, may be non-refundable as they involve preparation time and resources.
Process for Requesting a Refund

Refunds for Major Problems: A client is entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with Ronece Dobrowolski Consulting product or service. A major problem with a service might include creating an unsafe situation or failing to meet specific outcomes that the consumer told the seller about.
